Professor of English as a Foreign Language Education at Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. His teaching and research focus on the integration of technology in lenguage education, critical pedagogy, mental health, and positive psychology. He has published extensively in all four areas and is actively involved in a range of projects related to these topics.

Full Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Education at UNED. He has an extensive career in academic management, having undertaken research stays at Boston University, MIT, and Harvard. He has led and participated in numerous national and international projects and currently heads the ESPYD research group. His research focuses on educational assessment, teaching competence, school climate, and school effectiveness.

Researcher and professor in the Doctorate in Education program at Universidad de La Sabana, where she leads the “Education and Educators” research group. Her work focuses on educational leadership in Colombia and international comparative studies on school leadership. She conducts research on topics such as student engagement, academic and social integration, and dropout and retention in secondary and higher education in Colombia.

Vice-Rector for Research and Knowledge Transfer at the Universidad del Atlántico Medio. She holds a PhD in Educational Sciences from the University of Salamanca. She has been awarded and accredited as Associate Professor. Her research focuses on educational technology, teaching innovation, and digital competences. She has participated in R+D+I projects, has two patents and is also a member of scientific networks such as REUNI+D and RUTE.
